What are the objectives of lymphoma treatment?
The main objectives of lymphoma treatment include:

Heal (if possible);
Achieve remission (cancer-free period) and prolong it;
Reduce the number of lymph nodes and/or organs affected;
Avoid the onset of symptoms and treat those that exist
Improve the quality of life of the patient.
What can I expect from the treatment?
Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma generally responds very well to modern treatments. This does not mean that the NHL is still healing, but rather that this treatment can often give long periods without cancer, reduce symptoms and improve the quality of life of many patients. Each patient responds differently to the treatment, as does every type of lymphoma.
